Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Simulator Reservation and Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule a simulator reservation or private lesson, please call us at (214) 308-1619 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This advance notice helps us manage our bookings and operations efficiently. Emails are not accepted for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the simulator reservation or lesson time are not eligible for a refund.

  • Member No-Show and Late Rescheduling Fee: Eight Under members (originally Happy Days membership) who fail to attend their simulator reservation or attempt to reschedule within 24 hours to a different day will incur a $25 no-show fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the lost revenue and operational costs incurred by last-minute changes.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Same-Day Rescheduling: Rescheduling for the same day is permitted up to 4 hours before the booked time. Attempts to reschedule within 4 hours of the reservation will not be accepted.

  • Next-Day Booking: Changing an appointment to the next day is considered a new booking. As such, any cancellation fees applicable to the original booking will apply. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all our clients while protecting our business operations.

Eight Under Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Method of Cancellation: Membership cancellations must be made through the form on the membership page of our website. Cancellations via email, calls, or in-person will not be accepted.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Please submit your cancellation request at least seven (7) days before your renewal date. This timeline allows us to process your request efficiently.

  • Confirmation: Upon processing your cancellation form, we will send confirmation to acknowledge your request.

Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Payment and Cancellations: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to the full lesson fee. There are no refunds or credits for these cancellations.

  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the lesson are subject to a 50% fee.

  • Fee-Free Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice will not incur any fees.

  • Monthly Lesson Members: Missed sessions, no-shows, or cancellations within 24 hours allow for participation in one monthly group make-up session. Unused sessions do not roll over. Membership continues month-to-month after the initial 4-month commitment.
